AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION BY ADDING SECTIONS 5 AND 6 ESTABLISHING A
LIST OF SERVICES PROVIDED FOR WHICH FEES SHALL BE CHARGED, AND
CALLING FOR THE SETTING OF THE AMOUNTS OF THOSE FEES BY SEPARATE
RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council has determined
that certain services performed for members of the public should
be charged for the benefit of the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION THAT=
Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances of the city of College
Station is hereby amended by adding Sections § and 6, which
sections shall read as follows:
"SECTION §= BUILDING DEPARTMENT

Building Permit Fees for structures constructed in College
Station.
Initial construction.
Re-inspection fee.
For each separate structure, the building permit fees
shall be charged based upon the valuation of structure
and site improvements.

II.
This ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Coun-
cil and duly attested by the Mayor and City Secretary.
