AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF LOT 1R AND ALL OF LOT
BLOCK 1 OF THE REGENCY SQUARE SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION ACCORDING TO PLAT OF RECORD IN VOLUME 1078
PAGE 284 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM C-3
PLANNED COMMERCIAL TO C-2 COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City
Hall Council Chambers at 7=00 P.M. on Thursday, June 27, 1991,
on the question of rezoning certain areas within the City
limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the followinq:
To rezone or change the classification of a portion of Lot iR
and all of Lot 2R, Block 1 of the Regency Square Subdivision
in the City of College Station according to plat of record in
Volume 1078 Page 385 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas from C-3 Planned Commercial to C-2 Commercial
Industrial.
AND, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
August 23, 1991.
