HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-1870 - Ordinance - 11/08/1990ORDINANCE NO. 1870 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1863, PROPOSING AND ORDERING A BOND ELECTION, FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBSTITUTING AN ELECTION JUDGE AND ALTERNATE ELECTION JUDGE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas passed Ordinance No. 1863 on the 27th day of September, 1990 calling a bond election to be held on the 8th day of December, 1990; WHEREAS, said election ordinance appointed Jim Ward as Presiding Election Judge and Ed Hoag as Alternate Election Judge at Polling Place No. 39; WHEREAS, neither are able to serve in that capacity on December 8, 1990; WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of College Station, Texas has heard evidence that ~co~t Hook~ is available to serve as Presiding Election Judge and that Linda Jenicek is available to serve as Alternate Election Judge at Polling Place No. 39; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that Scott Hook~ is hereby appointed to serve the City of College Station, Texas as Presiding Election Judge and Linda Jenicek is hereby appointed to serve the city of College Station, Texas as Alternate Election Judge at Polling Place No. 39 on the 8th day of December, 1990.
