AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 4.70 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED
OUT OF THE RICHARD CARTER LEAGUE, BEING LOTS 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, AND
9 IN BLOCK U OF UNIVERSITY PARK SECTION II SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION ACCORDING TO PLAT OF RECORD IN
VOLUME 538, PAGE 721 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY,
TEXAS FROM A-P ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL TO C-B BUSINESS
COMMERCIAL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall Council
Chambers at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 14, 1992, on the question of rezoning
certain areas wnhin the City limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of a tract of land s~tuated in the Richard
Carter League, being Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in Block U of University Park Section
lI from A-P Administrative Professional to C-B Business Commercial with the
condition that a final plat be filed that combines the following properties into on~
lot:
-- lots 4, 5, 6, 7. 8 and 9 of block U of the Umvers~ty Park II Subdtv[sion,
-- lot 15 of block T of the Umwrs~ty Park 11 Subdivision; and
-- lot 3B of block V of the Umverstty Park II Subdwts~on
AND, ~t is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
