AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 3.20 ACRE TRACT OF I..AND SITUATED
OUT OF THE RICHARD CARTER LEAGUE, BEING LOT 15 IN BLOCK T
OF UNIVERSITY PARK SECTION II SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION ACCORDING TO PLAT OF RECORD IN VOLUME 648,
PAGE 231 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM
R-4 APARTMENT / LOW DENSITY TO C-B BUSINESS COMMERCIAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall Council
Chambers at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 14, 1992, on the question of rezoning
certain areas within the City limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the C~ty Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of a tract of land situated in the Richard
Carter League, being Lot 15 in Block T of University Park Section I1 from R-4
Apartment / Low Density to C-B Business Commercial with the condition that a
final plat be filed that combines the following properties into on~ lot:
-- Iota 4, 5.6, 7, 8 and 9 of block LI of the University Park II Subdivision,
-- lot 15 of block T of lbo University Park 11 Subd~vtslon; and
-- lot 3B of block V of the University Park I1 Subdivision
AND, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of May, 1992.
