AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1944, ORDERING A CITY COUNCIL AND
CHARTER ELECTION, FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBSTITUTING A PRESIDING
JUDGE AND ALTERNATE JUDGE
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of College Station, Texas
passed Ordinance No. 1944 on the 27th day of February, 1992;
WHEREAS, said election ordinance appointed Karen Tohkubbi as
Presiding Election Judge and Jane Pulley as Alternate Judge.
WHEREAS, neither are able to serve in that capacity on May 2,
1992.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of College Station, Texas
has heard evidence that Bobby Palesano is available to serve as
Presiding Judge and that Eva Thompson is available to serve as
Alternate Election Judge at Polling Place No. 8;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that Bobby Palesano is hereby
appointed to serve the City of college Station, Texas as
Presiding Judge and Eva Thompson is hereby appointed to serve the
City of College Station as Alternate Judge at Polling Place No.
8, South Knoll Elementary School on the 2nd day of May, 1992.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 9th day of April, 1992.
