AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 2) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2034
WHICH WIII AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROV]DED.
WHEREAS, a budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1993 to September 30, 1994, was
prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on December 9, 1993, the Council called a public hear,ng for January 13, 1994,
and notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on January 10, 1994, in
compliance with the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 13, 1994, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1993-94 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS
That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94 is
$17,727,421
II.
That the amended expenditures for the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94
is $17,689,539.
III.
Th~s ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage ~n accordance w~th
the Ctty Charter of the City of College Statmn, Texas.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS THE 13TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1994.
