AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 1) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2034
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1993 to September 30, 1994,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on October 28, 1993, the Council called a public hearing for November 11, 1993,
and notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on November 8, 1993, in
compliance w~th the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 11, 1993, and at sa~d heanng the Council
received a recommendabon to amend the budget,
WHEREAS, the C~ty Council has determined to amend the 1993-94 Fiscal Year Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS'
That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94 is
$17,678,371, and
II That the amended expenditures for the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94
~s $17,640,489
Ill. This ordinance shall become effective from and after ~ts passage in accordance with
the C~ty Charter of the C~ty of College Station, Texas
