AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR
AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS,
a proposed budget for the fiscal year October 1,
1993 to September 30 1994, was prepared and a
public hearing held thereon as prescribed by law
and the Charter of The City of College Station,
Texas, notice of said hearing having first been
duly Given;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That
the aforesaid proposed budget, which is made a part
hereof to the same extent as if set forth at length
herein, is hereby adopted, and a copy of which is on
file in the Office of the City Secretary in College
Station, Texas; and
That authorization is hereby Granted for the expenditure of
the same under the respective items contained in
said budget in accordance with the approved fiscal
procedures of the City.
