AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1992-93 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED,
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1992 to September 30, 1993,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1993, the Council called a public hearing for April 8, 1993, and
notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on March 31, 1993, in compliance with
the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 8, 1993, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1992-93 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
I.
That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1992-93 Is
$16,015,516; and
That the amended expenditures for the Electric Fund budgeted for fiscal year lg92-93 is
$16,031,079.
I1.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the City
Charter of the C~ty of College Station, Texas.
