AN ORDINANCE REZONING FOUR TRACTS TOTALLING 13.51 ACRES
SITUATED IN THE ROBERTSON STEVENSON LEAGUE, IN BRAZES COUNTY,
COLLEGE STATION. TEXAS GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH AND
SOUTH SIDES OF GRAHAM ROAD AT THE WELLBORN ROAD INTERSECTION
FROM A-O AGRICULTURE OPEN TO M-1 PLANNED INDUSTRIAL AND M-2
HEAVY INDUSTRIAL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION. TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chambers at
7:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 25, 1993, on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the City limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classnticatlon of four tracts totalling 13.51 acres situated in the
Robert Stevenson League, in Brazes County, College Station, Texas generally located along
the north and south slde~ of Graham Road at the Wellborn Road mtersection from A-O
Agrtculture Open to M-1 Planned Industrial and M-2 Heavy Industrial. Said four tracts are
more specdicnlly described in the following metes and bounds description:
Tracts 1 and 4 to be rezoned from A-O Agriculture Open to M-2 Heavy_ Industrtal:

Beginning at an nron rod marking the most easterly corner of the 159.657 acre Lieven J. Van
Reit tracl described in volume 963, page 29, said corner also marking Ihe most northerly
corner of Ihe 4 00 acre Texas A&M Research Foundation tract described m volume 936,
page 151. and being in Ihe soulhwest nghl-of-way line of Schaffer Road;
THENCE S 48°32'10, E, for a dislance of 42999 feel along Ihe southwest rlghl-of-way line
of Schaffer Road lo all iron rod in the new northwest right-of-way line of Graham Road

THENCE S 41°57'50'' W, for a dtstancc of 1,438.32 feet along the said norlhweat right-of-
way line of Graham Road to an angle petal;

07'50'44", an arc dislance of 399 12 feet, a radius of 2914.80 feet, and a long chord of N
