AN ORDINANCE REZONING TWO LOTS TOTALLING 0.49 ACRES SITUATED IN
THE TREEHOUSE PLACE SUBDIVISION, LOTS 14C AND 14D OF BLOCK 18B, IN
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS CONVEYED BY DEED AND
RECORDED IN VOLUME 911, PAGE 543 OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY DEED
RECORDS, FROM A-P ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL TO R-5 MEDIUM
DENSITY APARTMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the Cay Council held a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chambers at
7:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 14, 1993, on the question of rezoning certmn areas w~th~n
the C~ty limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the C~ty Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of two lots totalhng 0.49 acres situated m the
Treehouse Place Subdivis~on, lots 14D and 14D of block 18B, in College Station, Brazos
County, Texas conveyed by deed and recorded m volume 911, page 543 of the Brazos
County deed records, from A-P Adm~mstrative Professional to R-5 Medium Density
Apartments.
AND, ~t is ordmned that said change shall become elfective ~mmedmtely.
PASSED AND APPROVED thru 14th day of January, 1993.
