AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1975 WHICH WILL AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1992-93 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED EXPENDITURES
AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1992 to September 30,
1993, was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on October 22, 1992, the Council called a public hearing for November 12,
1992, and notice of such hearing was pubhshed in the newspaper on November 7, 1992, in
compliance w~th the Charter of the City of College Station,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 12, 1992, and at said hearing the
Council received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1992-93 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1992-93 is
$16, 015, 516, and
That the amended expenditures for the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1992-93 is
$15,791,079.
II.
This ordinance shall become effective from and alter its passage in accordance with the
C~ty Charter of the City of College Station, Texas.
