HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-1973 - Ordinance - 08/27/1992ORDINANCE NO. 1973 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MAXIMUM IMPACT FEE AS THE ACTUAL IMPACT FEE. WHEREAS, on August 27, 1992, a public hearing was held to con- sider Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan and Impact Fees in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code; and WHEREAS, after public input at the hearing, the City Council adopted the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan and Impact Fees; and WHEREAS, the maximum impact fee per service unit of $152.18 is set out in Schedule 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, after input at the public hearing and consideration of the maximum impact fee, the City Council determined that the ac- tual impact fee to be assessed should be set at the maximum im- pact fee per service unit and is set out in Schedule 2 attached hereto and incorporated herein; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that the impact fee for Service Area 92-01 shall be set at $152.18 as set out in Schedule 2. PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED the 27th day of August, 1992.
