AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 8-P, OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, BY ADDING A SECTION B-P.3
ALLOWING ON-SITE WASTE WATER DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION'
That Chapter 9 Section 8-P, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station is
hereby amended by adding e new subsection 8-P.3 to read as fo lows'
"8-P 3
On-site waste water disposal systems, mclud,ng private septic
systems, may be used in areas where topography, density of
development and/or other factors make sewer collection facih-
ties impractical. Such systems, when allowed, must meet the
requirements of Brezos County"
II.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with
the City Charter of the City of College Station
