AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 7) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2087
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1994-95 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on May 25, 1995, the Council called a public hearing for June 8, 1995, and notice
of such hearing was published in the newspaper on June 2, 1995, in compliance w~h the
Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 8, 1995, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1994-95 Fiscal Year Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
I. That the amended revenues and debt of the Affordable Hous,ng Fund budgeted for
fiscal year 1994-95 is $938,420
II That the amended expendttures for the Affordable Housing Fund budgeted for fiscal
year 1994-95 is $906,000
This ordinance shall become effectwe from and after its passage in accordance wffh the
C;.ty Charter of the City of College Station, Texas.
