ORDINANCENO.
AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 3) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2087
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1994-95 RSCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995,
was prepared for Councd constderafion;
WHEREAS, on February 9, 1995, the Council called a pubhc hearing for February 23, 1995,
and notice of such hearing was published ,n the newspaper on February 17, 1995, m
compliance w~th the Charter of the C~ty of College Station;
WHEREAS, a pubhc heanng was held on February 23, 1995, and at sa~d hearing the Council
recetved a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the C{ty Council has determined to amend the 1994-95 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
That the amended revenues of the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1994-
95 ~s $1,288,840

That the amended expenditures for the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund budgeted for fiscal year
1994-95 ~s $1,414,387, and that sa~d mcreased appropnatton of $50,000 ;s to be
considered a loan from the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund to the General Fund and that such
loan is to be repaid by the General Fund to the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund ~n fiscal year
1995-96

Th~s ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage {n accordance w~th
the C~ty Charter of the C~ty of College Statton, Texas.
