ORDINANCE NO. ,
AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 1) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2087
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1994-95 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDfTURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995,
was prepared for Council cons~derabon;
WHEREAS, on January 12, 1995, the Council called a pubhc hearing for January 25, 1995,
and not~ce of such hearing was pubhshed in the newspaper on January 20, 1995, in
comphance with the Charter of the C~ty of College Station,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 25, 1995, and at said heating the Councd
received a recommendabon to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1994-95 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1994-95 ~s
$19,711,637
Il. That the amended expenditures for the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94
~s $20,473,827
III Th~s ordinance shall become effechve from and after its passage ~n accordance with
the C~ty Charter of the C~ty of College Stabon, Texas.
