AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 0 448 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN
THE SOUTHWOOD VALLEY SUBDIVISION, SECTION 4-B, SAID TRACT
BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS LOTS 4C AND 4D, BLOCK
18A, SOUTHWOOD VALLEY, SECTION 4-B, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM A-P ADMINISTRATIVE/PROFESSIONAL TO R-2
DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, on January 12, 1995, the C~ty Council of the C~ty of College Station
convened and pursuant to nobces pmscnbed by law held a public heanng with
regard to the application for the rezomng of 0 448 acres of property s~tuated in
the Southwood Valley Subdlwmon, Section 4-B, College Stabon, Brazos County,
Texas, and more particularly described as Lots 4C and 4D, Block 18A, South-
wood Valley, Section 4-B, College Stabon, Brazos County, Texas,
WHEREAS, the above-described property ~s currently zoned A-P Admm~stra-
bve/Profess~onal and the current use is vacant land,
WHEREAS, the owner of the above-described property, Tony Jones, has
applied for the rezomng of the above-descnbed property to R-2 Duplex Resi-
dential zomng,
WHEREAS, the C~ty Council of the City of College Station, Texas, heard evi-
dence that the proposed rezomng ~s in accordance with the City's Comprehen-
sive Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that the above-descnbed property ~s hereby
rezoned from A-P Adm~mstratlve/Profess~onal to R-2 Duplex Res~denbal, effec-
