AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2034 WHICH WILL AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1993 to September 30, 1994,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on August 25, 1994, the Council called a public hearing for September 7, 1994,
and notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on September 2, 1994, in
compliance with the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 7, 1994, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1993-94 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:

That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94 is
$17,727,421; and
That the amended expenditures for the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94
is $18,111,523.

'l'~Js ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance w~th the City
Charter of the City of College Station, Texas.
