AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 2.00 ACRE TRACT SITUATED IN THE
CRAWFORD BURNE~ LEAGUE, ABSTRACT NUMBER 7, 1N COLLEGE
STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. SAME 2.(}0 ACRE TRACT BEING A
PORTION OF TRACT A. SOUTHWOOD VALLEY SECTION 30. AN ADDITION OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, PLAT BEING RECORDED IN VOLUME 508,
PAGE 571 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM C-N
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL TO C-3 PLANNED COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION. TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chambers at
6:00 P.M. tm Wednesday, April 27, 1994, on the question of rezonmg certain argas within
the City hmtt.~:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council ha, determined the I'ollowtng:
To rezone or change the classtttcatlon o1 a 2.(}00 acre tract or parcel of land lymg and
being situated ,n the Crawford Burnett League Abstract No. 7, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas. Same 2.00 acre tract also being a portion ol: Tract A, Southwood Valley
Section 30, an addition to the City of College Station, plat being recorded tn Volume 508,
Page 571 and conveyed tt,~,owner by deed dated August 1, 1993 and recorded m Volume
1897, Page 80 of tile Deed Records ot Brazos County, Texas from C-N Neighborhood
Commercial to C-3 Planned Commercial. Said tract is more particularly described follows:
