WHEREAS, the schedule of fees in the attached Exhibit A provides for Parks and Recreation related fees consistent with the adopted fiscal and budgetary policy; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves and adopts the Parks and Recreation Fees Schedule attached as Exhibit A PART 2: That the fees provided for in the attached Exhibit A shall take effect for programs beginning after February 1, 2010.
