In 1990, WTAW was one of the very early radio stations to put a 40-year-old conservative college dropout named Rush Limbaugh on the air. Rush was certainly a game changer. Absolutely scared the daylights out of everybody in the room with this Rush Limbaugh demo tape I was playing. But Rush was the best thing that ever happened to us.
