1. Discussion and approval of a contract renewal for the Immunizations Local Grant
program from the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) in the amount of
$180,695 for FY 2027 for the period of September 1, 2026 through August 31,
2027- Santos Navarrette Jr.
2. Discussion and approval of a contract renewal for the Public Health Emergency
Preparedness (PHEP) grant program from DSHS in the amount of $139,760 with
matching funds of 10% of the allocated amount for the period of July 1, 2026
through June 30, 2027 — Santos Navarette Jr.
3. Discuss and consider for approval an increase in the BCHD's fund balance policy
from 15% to 25% including net operating expenses and grant expenditures in
establishing the BCHD's unassigned fund balance and does not include in -kind
contributions — Santos Navarrette Jr.

4. Discuss and consider for approval of an increase in the cash contributions from the
BCHD funding partners for the FY 2027 budget due to Public Health

5. Discuss and consider for approval of a fee increase in TB skin testing from $25 to
$30 based on a 15% increase in the Tubersol diagnostic solution for TB testing —
