Business Center at College Station
The Business Center at College Station is designed to be a development of
superior quality providing a location of the highest standard for businesses. The
business center is located on Texas State Highway 6 adjacent to Pebble Creek
Country Club and Pebble Creek Elementary School. The 200-acre park-like
development is currently home to five companies involved in software design,
telecommunications, and high-tech manufacturing.

Business Center Phase II
The Business Center Phase II will serve as the second phase of the Business
Center at College Station. Composed of approximately 290 developable acres,
the new Business Center is located on the Northeast corner of State Highway 6
and Greens Prairie Road and is currently in the master planning stage. A 100-plus
acre green-belt which surrounds most of the Business Center will provide a buffer
between the new development and adjacent land uses which include the Pebble
Creek Country Club and Woodland Hills Subdivision.
