2. Consideration, discussion and possible action of absence request from
meeting.
3. Hear visitors
4. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve minutes from the
Building & Standards Commission Meeting from September 29,2003.
5. Presentation, discussion, public hearing and possible action concerning a
report by the Building Official concerning the condition of a mobile home
located at 3209 Barron Cut-Off Road (Robert Stevenson League, tract 46, 9.5
acres, College Station, Texas).
6. Presentation, discussion, public hearing and possible action concerning a
report by the Building Official concerning the condition of a wood framed
residential structure located at 3205 Barron Cut-Off Road (Robert Stevenson
League, tract 46, 9.5 acres, College Station, Texas).
7. Consideration, discussion and possible action on future agenda items.
8. Adjourn
Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071}: possible.
The Building and Standards Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and
contemplated litigation subject or attorney-client privileged information. After executive session discussion,
any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney-client privileged information issues
arise as to the posted subject matter of this Building and Standards Commissionmeeting, an execultive
session will be held.
