The City Council may or may not attend the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of August
14, 2012.
5. Update and discussion concerning the Lincoln Recreational Center programs.
6. Update and discussion concerning Southwood Community Center programs.
7. Update, possible action, and discussion concerning Christmas at the Creek 2012.
8. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion on the appointments to the Board sub-
committees.
9. Discussion and possible action concerning revisions to the the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Board Goals for FY13.
10. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital Improvements
Program:
➢ Capital Improvements and Park Land Dedication Project Lists of September
2012.
➢ Dedications of Less than Five Acres
