• AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2012 -3433 ORDERING A
SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 6, 2012 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
SUBMITTING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY CHARTER TO THE VOTERS
BY CORRECTING THE POLLING LOCATION FOR PRECINCTS 24, 53 AND 58.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2012 -3433 is hereby amended to read as
follows (corrected text is underlined):
"SECTION 4. The polling places for each precinct for this election shall be as follows:

jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.

adoptada.
