Whirlpool bathtubs should always be installed with the circulation pump located where it
can be removed for service or replacement. The code requires access shall be provided
to circulation pumps in accordance with the fixture manufacturer’s installation instruc-

tions. Where the manufacturer’s instructions do not specify the location and minimum

The City of College Station has completed the first phase of its new Comprehensive Plan! The purpose
of the new plan is to create a document that can help guide decisions about the future growth and de-
velopment of our community.
During the first phase, the following Goals were developed for the future of College Station!

On February 28, 2008, the City Council voted to annex several areas. The City Council conducted two an-
nexation public hearings, one on Thursday, January 24th and another on Tuesday, January 29th. Council
also discussed this issue at their workshop meeting on Thursday, February 14th and decided to reduce an-
nexation areas 3 and 4. Council considered the final annexation ordinance at their regular meeting on
Thursday, February 28th and decided to remove annexation area 5 and further reduce the size of annexa-
tion area 4. The annexation will be effective on March 29, 2008. An updated map is shown above.
