Swearing in of new Planning and Zoning Commission members. 2. Discussion of consent and regular ag enda items. 3. Discussion and consideration of the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan relating to possible adoption of Impact Fees for the Steeplechase/Wellborn Road Sanitary Sewer Impact Fee Area. 4. Discussion, consideration and possibl e action on an Amendment to the Unified Development Code (UDO), regarding Conditional Use Permits in the Northgate zoning districts. 5. Appointment of subcommittee members for the F&B area Land Use and Thoroughfare Small Area Plan. 6. Discussion, conside ration and possible action regarding the schedules for the APA Conference and Audio Conference. 7. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items – A Planning and Zoning Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A sta tement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 8. Adjourn. This building is wheelchair accessible.
