1. Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
Commis sion on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen
presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to
address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The
Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the
matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name
and address for the record.)
All m atters listed under Item 3, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. These items include preliminary and final plats, where staff
has found compliance with all minimum subdivisio n regulations. All items approved by Consent are
approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If
discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered se parately.

3. Consent Agenda .
3.1 Consideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on February 15, 2001.
3.2 Consideration of a Final Plat for the Pounders Subdivision, consisting of 1 lot located on
Kem p Road in the ETJ on approximately 4.02 acres. (01 - 49)
3.3 Consideration of a Preliminary Plat for Heritage Townhomes consisting of 54 PDD - H
Planned Development District – Housing lots located at 3500 Harvey Road on approximately
6.629 acres. (01 - 48)

Stat ion Lick Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion located at 14802 Rock Prairie Road at

6. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for Holy Cross Lutheran
Church located at 1200 Foxfire Drive at Sebesta Road. (01 - 37)
7. Consideration of a Master Development Plan for the Crowley Tract consisting of approximately
351.92 acres located near the northwest quadrant of the intersection of SH6 and Greens Prairie Rd .

8. Public hearing and considera tion of a rezoning from C - 1 General Commercial and A - O Agricultural -
Open to C - 1 General Commercial, R - 3 Townhouse, R - 4 Apartment/Low Density, and R1 - A Single
Family Residential for approximately 355 acres in the Crowley Tract located northwest quadrant of
