1. ORIGIN OF BEARING SYSTEM: The most current deed information
and recovered monuments were used as the basis of Bearings
for this Plat.
2. The building setback requirements are established by the City
of College Station Zoning Ordinance No. 1838.
3. No lot shall have direct access to Longmire Drive or Eagle
Avenue.
4. Driveway access to Lot 1 and Lot 12, Block EIGHT, and Lot 19,
Block SEVEN may be obtained from either Purple Martin Cave
or Starting Drive.
