BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS; SAID 0.585 OF ONE ACRE (25,475 SO. FT.) TRACT OF LAND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at a point for most westerly corner at the most westerly corner of said Lot 24 and the most northerly
corner of Lot 23, in said Black 5, some being a point in the line common to said Block 5 and First Subdivision, College
Hills Woodlands, according to the plat recorded in Volume 104, Page 3 of the Brazos County Deed Records:
THENCE, N45'03'18"E. along said common line of First Subdivision, College Hills Woodlands and said Block 5, at 80.00 feet
pass the most northerly corner of said Lot 24 and the most westerly corner of said Lot 25, in all a distcnce of
452.96 to a point for most northerly corner at the most northerly corner of said Lot 25 and of said Block 5, some
being the beginning of o curve to the Deft in the northwest right -of -way line of Dominik Drive;
THENCE, along said northwest right -of -way line of Dominik Drive and the east line of said Lots 24 and 25, Block 5,
the following courses:
1.) 227.17 feet along said curve to the left having a radius of 535.00 feet, a central angle of 24'19'43",
and a chord bearing and distance of S3753'27 W - 225.47 feet to the end of said curve;
2.) S20'43'35 "W, a distance of 100.00 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 465.00 feet;
3. along said curve to the right, at 71.79 feet pass the most southerly corner of said Lot 25 and the most
easterly corner of said Lot 24, continuing in all a distance of 147.22 feet along sold curve to the right
having said radius of 465.00 feel, a central angle of 18'08'23", and a chord bearing and distance of
S29'47'47"W - 146.60 feet to a point for most southerly corner at the most southerly corner o' said Lot 24
