1. Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission
on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be
limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to
allow adequate time for completion of the age nda items. The Commission will receive the information, ask
city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is
made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.)
All matte rs listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff
recommendations. There will not be separate di scussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be
removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

4. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for Baptist Student Ministries

5. Public hearing and consideration of a Rezoni ng for 5.08 acres located north of Raintree Subdivision on State
Highway 6 South from A - O Agricultural - Open to R - 1B Single Family Residential. (00 - 179)
6. Public hearing and consideration of a Rezoning consisting of 4.35 acres for the Regency South Subdi vision
from Planned Unit Development #2 (PUD #2) to Planned Development District for Housing (PDD - H)
located at 1816 Brothers Boulevard between Texas Avenue and Longmire. (00 - 177)
7. Public hearing and consideration of a Rezoning for the 5.98 acre Crawford Burnett tract located at 1267
South Harvey Mitchell Parkway from R - 1 Single Family Residential to C - 1 General Commercial. (00 - 160)
8. Discussion of possible design alternatives to the Estates of Royder Ridge consisting of 37 lots on 45.55 acres
located i n the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction north of Welborn Road and North of Greens Prairie Trail. (00 -
157)
9. Discussion of future agenda items.
