Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commissio n on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the ag enda items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) All matt ers listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate d iscussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately. 2. Consent Agenda . 2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on November 6, 2000. 2.2 Consideratio n of a Final Plat for 50 PDD - H Planned Development Housing lots on 23.44 acres in Castlegate Subdivision Section 1, Phase 1, located north of Greens Prairie Road and west of proposed State Highway 40. (00 - 178) 2.3 Consideration of a Final Plat for Greens world Phase 3 located 550 feet southeast of University Drive along Harvey Mitchell Parkway. (00 - 187) 2.4 Consideration of a Preliminary Plat for Steeplechase Subdivision Phase 7 consisting of 32 lots on 3.69 acres located approximately 200 feet east of W elborn Road, north of Navarro Drive, and just east of Steeplechase Subdivision Phase 3. (00 - 191) 2.5 Consideration of a Final Plat for Stone Forest Subdivision in the Texas Centroid Ranch consisting of 60 lots on 24.38 acres located south of Greens Prair ie Road, east of Lakeway Drive and north of Pebble Creek Subdivision Phase 5. (00 - 195) 2.6 Consideration of a Preliminary Plat for Sun Meadows Subdivision consisting of 214 lots on 60.55 acres located north of Arnold Road. (00 - 196) 2.7 Consideration of a Replat for Henton Subdivision Lot 3 consisting of 3.25 acres located at Lincoln Avenue and west of Two Lincoln Place. Public hearing and consideration of a Rezoning for the City of College Station consisting of 339 ac res located on State Highway 6 South and Greens Prairie Road from A - 0 Agricultural - Open and R - 1 Single Family Residential to M - 1 Planned Industrial.
