1. Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
Commission on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen
presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to
address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the age nda items. The
Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the
matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your
name and address for the record.)
All matte rs listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any
and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate di scussion of these items. If discussion is
desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on October 5, 2000.
2.2 Consideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on October 5, 2000.
2.3 Consideration of the re - submittal of a Final Plat for Edelweiss Estates Phase 14 consisting of
16.634 acres located west of Phase 15 - B, northwest of Phase 12, and adjacent to and
immediately east o f Welborn Road and south of Fraternity Row on FM2154. (00 - 173)
2.4 Consideration of the re - submittal of a Final Plat for Edelweiss Estates Phase 16 consisting of
14.752 acres located west of Phase 12, south of Phase 14, adjacent to and immediately east
of We lborn Road and north of Edelweiss Business Center Block 5 on FM2154. (00 - 174)
2.5 Consideration of a Final Plat for Alexandria Phase 4 - A consisting of 7.060 acres located at
1300 Baron Road, west of Phase 2 - B and Alexandria Avenue and north of Phase 3 - B. (00 -

Subdivision from Planned Unit Development #2 (PUD #2) to Planned Development District for

6. Pub lic hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for Baptist Student
Ministries located at 203 College Main in Northgate. (00 - 166)
7. Public hearing and consideration of a Rezoning for the 5.98 acre Crawford Burnett tract located at
1 267 South Harvey Mitchell Parkway from R - 1 Single Family Residential to C - 1 General

8. Consideration of a Master Development Plan for Horse Haven Estates, 118.37 acres east of Earl
Rudder Freeway between Switch Station Road and the R aintree Subdivision. (00 - 165)
9. Discussion of possible design alternatives to the Estates of Royder Ridge consisting of 37 lots on
45.55 acres located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction north of Welborn Road and North of Greens
Prairie Trail. (00 - 157 )
10. Discussion of future agenda items.
