1. Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commissi on
on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be
limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to
allow adequate time for completion of the a genda items. The Commission will receive the information, ask
city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is
made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.)
All mat ters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff
recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be
removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.
2. Consent Agenda .
2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on August 17, 2000.
2.2 Consideration of a P reliminary Plat for two C - 1 General Commercial lots totaling 14.57 acres in the
Harley Subdivision located at 4101 State Highway 6 South. (00 - 135)
2.3 Consideration of a Final Plat for the Great Oaks Subdivision Phase I, 76.896 aces located in the City
of Co llege Station Extraterritorial Jurisdiction by Quail Run Estates to the north, property owned by
M.S. Kavanaugh to the west, Gandy Road to the south and property owned by David Borsack to the

2.4 Consideration of a Final Plat for of 4.220 acre s in Alexandria Phase 3 - B located north and adjacent
to Alexandria Phase 3 - A. (00 - 144)

3. Pubic Hearing on the East Bypass Land Use Study.
4. Public hearing and consideration of a rezoning from A - O Agricultural Open to R - 1 Single Family reside ntial
for a remaining portion of the Sun "Park" Meadows Subdivision, consisting of 11.4524 acres located at 901
Graham Road. (00 - 132)
5. Consideration of a Master Preliminary Plat for Castlegate Subdivision consisting of 338.26 acres located
north of Gree ns Prairie Road and west of the future State Highway 40. (00 - 136)
6. Protocol discussion and possible action concerning staff reporting to City Council.
7. Discussion of future agenda items.
8. Adjourn.
