1. Hear Visitors. At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
Co mmission on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight’s agenda. The
citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who
wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda
items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will
place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please
give your name and address for the record.)
A ll matters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and
Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved
with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be sepa rate discussion of these items. If
discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered
separately.

2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on July 6, 2000.

3. Public hearing and consideration of a rezoning for Castlegate Subdivision, consisting of 162.86
acres out of the Crowley Master Development Plan, from A - O, Agricultural - Ope n to PDD - H,
Planned Development District - Housing, located on Greens Prairie Rd. west of the future
intersection with Highway 40. (00 - 121)
4. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit for the Wellborn Special Utility
District for a boos ter plant located at 1601 Greens Prairie Road West. (00 - 85)
5. Consideration of a Site Plan for Rooster’s, a nightclub and restaurant, located at 2300 Earl
Rudder Freeway South; previously Wolfe Nursery. (00 - 119)
6. Discussion and consideration of the progress report for the Graham Road Impact Fees, 92 - 01,
97 - 01, 97 - 02B and 99 - 01. (92 - 01)
7. Discussion of future agenda items.
8. Adjourn.
