Planning and Zoning Commission

1. Hear Visitors. At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
Commis sion on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight’s agenda. The citizen
presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address
the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will
receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda
for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.)
All m atters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and
all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that
item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.
2. Consent Agenda
2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on May 4, 2000.
2.2 Consideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on May 4, 2000.
2.3 Consideration of a Vacating and Final Plat for Tradition at Northgate consisting of 3.216 acres
located between Boyett and Second Streets and along Church Avenue. (00 - 65)
2.4 Consideration of a F inal Plat for Legacy Addition consisting of approximately 7.165 acres on the
northwest corner of Holleman and Harvey Mitchell. (00 - 81)
Regular Agenda
3. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, site plan only, for the Covenant
Presb yterian Church located at the intersection of Rock Prairie Road and Edelweiss Avenue. (00 - 63)
4. Public hearing and consideration of a C - N Neighborhood Business site plan and use, for a convenience
store/gas station, Exxon @ Dartmouth Crossing, to be loca ted at 2500 Dartmouth Drive. (00 - 82)
5. Update to the Commission of any new Minor or Amending Plats approved by Staff.
6 Discussion of future agenda items.
7. Adjourn.
