1. Hear Visitors. At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
Commission on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight’s agenda. The citizen
presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address
the Commission and to allow adequate time for comple tion of the agenda items. The Commission will
receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda
for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the reco rd.)
All matters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and
all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that
item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.
2. Consent Agenda
2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on February 3, 2000.
2.2 C onsideration of a Final Plat for Holleman Village Addition Section Two, 5.168 acres located at
the southwest intersection of Holleman Drive West and Jones Butler Road. (99 - 21)

3. Public hearing and consideration of a Final Plat for Kapchin ski to resubdivide two single family
residential lots into three single family residential lots. (00 - 4)
4. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, site plan and use, for a convenience
store/gas station, Exxon @ Dartmouth Crossing, to be located at 2500 Dartmouth Drive. (00 - 08)
5. Public hearing and consideration of a Final Plat for the Brentwood Subdivision Lots 18R & 2R, block 2
located between Brentwood Drive and Southwest Parkway. (00 - 15)
6. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, change of use conditions, for the night
club, The Rack Warehouse, located at 226 Southwest Parkway East. (00 - 17)
7. Public hearing and consideration of a Rezoning of approximately 15.15 acres located at 819 - 903 Krenek
Tap Road from R - 1 Single Family Residential to R - 5 Apartment Medium Density. (00 - 19)
8. Update to the Commission of any new Minor or Amending Plats approved by Staff.
9. Discussion of future agenda items.
10. Adjourn.
