REGULAR MEETING

The City Council may or may not attend the CS Cemetery Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Cemetery Advisory
Committee minutes:
- June 7, 2011 Regular Meeting Minutes
5. Consideration, possible action, and discussion concerning the donation of a granite
memorial bench to the Aggie Field of Honor.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding gift giving opportunities to the
College Station municipal cemetery systems.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the means and method of having names
added to the Spirit Gate granite walls.
8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on hosting the 2011 TCA Cemetery
Maintenance Conference.
9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.
10. Adjourn.
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Cemetery Committee of College Station, Texas will
be held on the 13th day of December 2011 at 10 :00AM, Southwood Community Center, 1520 Rock
Prairie Road, College Station, Texas, 77845. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See
