The City Council may or may not attend the Historic Preservation Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to Order.
2. Initial Hear Visitors
3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic
Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be
discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent
meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual
information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued.
4. Possible action and discussion on absence requests.
5. Possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes of regular meeting of
March 1, 2010.
6. Possible action and discussion on Texas Historical Commission Conference in
Houston from April 22 — 24, 2010.
7. Report from HPC Chairperson.
8. Report from Heritage Programs Coordinator.
9. Report on 75` Anniversary meeting.
10. Possible action and discussion on Pike National Historic Trail Association request
for council resolution.
11. Possible action and discussion on a newspaper clipping day.

Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.
