Call to Order. 2. Initial Hear Visitors 3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 4. Swearing in of new HPC appointee, Linda Bloom Harvell. 5. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 6. Possible action and discussion to approve minutes of November 1, 2010. 7. Possible action and discussion on Shop & Music Building (The Annex). 8. Report from HPC Chairperson. 9. Report from Heritage Programs Coordinator. 10. Report on 75` Anniversary plans. 11.
