ART ORDINANCE SETTING 7ORTH THE PROVISIONS FOR THE INCOR-
PORATI!`~ 0 7 "ITY 0; ~01LEGE ST~TI^N, S.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Col-
lege Station, Texas:
The petition for an election to be held on the question
of incorporation of College Station, Texas, implyin- that
the said City would, if it became duly incorporated, should
do so by the method provided in Chaper 11 of Title 28, 1925
Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, but after incorporation
said city should function under the provisions of Chapters
1 to 10; both inclusive of aforesaid law, and now as a mat-
ter of formality and record,
Be it ordained by the City C ouncil of the City of Col-
lege Station, that the City of College Station, Texas,
hereby accents the provisions of Chapters 1 to 10, both in-
clusive, of Title 28, of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, 1925, as amended.
Passed and arproved this the 16th. day of ITarch, 1939 A. D.
