Call to Order. 2. Hear Visitors. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 3. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 4. Possible action and discussion of minutes for: • September 12, 2011 • October 3, 2011. 5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on Heritage Preservation Committee Bylaws. 6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on College Hills Baptist Church marker and marker for 1009 Walton (Binney residence). 7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the College Station history book project. 8. Update and report on participation in Brazos Valley Worldfest. 9. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Preservation Excellence Awards. 10. Update on the Historical Records Coordinator position and budget update. 11.
