recommends approval of the project with the following conditions *:
I. Coordinate electric load data requirements with Ray Havens.
2. Coordinate telephone requirements with Laverne Dube of GTE.
3. Coordinate natural gas requirements with Terran Sanchez of Lone Star Gas.
4. Show dumpster location on the site plan.
Minimum Coordinate location with Bob Epps.
