Laverne Dube, GTE Carol Elmore, Assistant City Attorney Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: PRELIMINARY PLAT & FINAL PLAT - Barron Park Subdivision located on east side of S.H.6, approximately 1000 feet south of the intersection of Barron Road & S.H.6 (86 -306 & 86 -215) The above staff /utility personnel reviewed the subject plat and recommend approval with the following conditions *: 1. Show the location of the Flood Plain on both the Preliminary and Final plats. 2. Verify the location of the proposed Bryan REA electric facilities; coordinate that location with all entities (municipal and private company utilities) to establish the location of all utilities within easements parallel to S.H.6. 3. Interior easements to service all lots on this property will be required as needs and location of lines are developed. 4. Show (on the Final Plat) a 10 foot easement along the northern property line; a 10 foot easement along the eastern property line; a 10 foot easement along the southern property line; a 20 foot easement between Lots 1 &2; and a 20 foot easement (west to east) between Lot 3 and Lots 1 &2. THESE PLATS ARE SCHEDULED TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON NOVEMBER 20, AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 11, 1986. SUBMIT REVISED FILM POSITIVE AND 10 COPIES OF EACH PLAT TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO NOON ON NOVEMBER 14TH. *Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the Planning Division.
