SUBJECT: MASTER PRELIMINARY PLAT - Tract B & Tract C Texas
Centroid Ranch (86 -305) located west of S.H.6 and south
of Greens Prairie Road.
The above staff /utility personnel reviewed the subject plat and
recommend approval with the following conditions *:
1. The easement along Greens Prairie Road should be designated
as a "public utility easement" on the Final Plat.
2. Additional utility easements will be required as more
information regarding specific uses and requirements are
developed.
3. Planning for utilities for this entire large area should be
coordinated with the Electric Department, the Water & Sewer
Department, General Telephone and Lone Star Gas Co., and a Master
Utility Plan should be developed.
THIS PLAT IS SCHEDULED TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION ON NOVEMBER 6, AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
NOVEMBER 13, 1986.
*Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the
Planning Division.

SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT - Southwood Forest Phase One (86 -214)
located on the southeast corner of Rio Grande and
Deacon Drive
The above staff /utility personnel reviewed the subject plat and
recommend approval with the following conditions which were also
on the preliminary plat *:
1. Add a note regarding limiting access to Lots 49 -57 Block 65
and Lots 1 -3 Block 68.
2. Show a rear setback on Lot 57 Block 65.
THIS REPLAT IS SCHEDULED TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION ON NOVEMBER 6, AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
NOVEMBER 13, 1986. PLEASE RETURN 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT AND
FILM POSITIVE TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO NOON ON OCTOBER 31.

SUBJECT: Resubdivision FINAL PLAT - Herman F. Krenek Subdivision
Phase Two (86 -213) located on the east side of Texas
Avenue approximately 250 feet north of Brentwood Drive.
The above staff /utility personnel reviewed the subject
resubdivision plat and recommend approval with the following
note to the owners and any future owners:
Any owner(s) or future owner(s) of Lot 4 on this plat should be
aware that no construction will be allowed over the existing
utility easement which runs through the middle of this property.
THIS REPLAT IS SCHEDULED TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION ON NOVEMBER 6, AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
NOVEMBER 13, 1986.
