PRESUBMISSION CONFERENCE

SUBJECT: Final Plat - Southwood Valley Section 24A - 85
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above
mentioned plat, and staff recommends approval with the following
conditions*:
(1) A 15 foot utility easement will need to be provided along the
west side of Welsh.
(2) Remove the word "Drainage" from the 20 foot utility and drainage
easement which runs between Tracts A & B, to indicate the easement
will only be a utility easement.
-Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the office of
the Director of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT AND FILM POSITIVE TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT
PRIOR TO 5 P.M. MAY 10th TO BE INCLUDED ON P &Z AGENDA MAY 16th.
