SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Barron Road Addition (9.07 Acres) 84 -305
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above mentioned
plat. Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Include the 2 Bolton tracts (Buff's) on this plat.
(2) Try to include the Busse & the Drywall & Builders tracts on this plat.
(3) A 20 foot utility easement is required between Phase One and Phase Two
(10 ft. on each side of the phase line).
(4) Add the appropriate private access easements to cover access from the
Bolton tracts to the existing SH6 R.O.W. (across Reserve Tract A).
(5) Add a 20 foot public utility easement for a water line through Phase One.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF THE REVISED PLAT TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY 5:00 P.M.
JUNE 1st TO BE INCLUDED ON JUNE 6th P &Z AGENDA.
*Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the Office of the
Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Woodcreek Information Center - 84 - 413
The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned project, and
approves the project with the following conditions:*
(1) The driveway behind the parking spaces must be 23 feet wide. The
total width of paved area must be 43 feet from curb to curb. Parking
spaces can be 18 ft. with a 2 foot overhang. An additional 1 foot
must be provided.
(2) The location of the drive entrance from Woodcreek Drive must be
considered a temporary entrance, to be moved when the South Braes -
wood street extension is developed. This agreement must be covered
by a written development agreement between the developer and the
City. Request for this document will be forwarded to the City Legal
Department.
Submit 5 copies of the revised plan and 2 copies of this development agreement
to the Planning Department for approval prior to issuance of a building permit.
Any changes to an approved site plan must be cleared through the Office of
the Director of Planning.
